GWBA to host Sporting Clay Tournament

The 1st Annual Greater Williamston Business Association Sporting Clay Tournament will be
held Friday, April 24, 2015 at 9am. The event will be held at the Belton Gun Club located at 153 Range Rd. in Belton.
Details –
$80 per person/5 person team for $400
Entry fee includes clay targets, ammo, breakfast, lunch (provided by Sues Wings)
Registration & Breakfast starts at 8:00 am/Stations open at 9:00am
Drinks and Snacks will be provided for all teams at no extra charge!!

Particiapants should bring an unloaded 12 gauge shotgun. Everything else will be provided.

There will be prizes for first through third place:
1st Place Top score individual wins RUGER LCP .380 Pistol
1st Place team wins Trophy, gift certificates to Foothills Gun & Pawn and bragging rights
2nd Place team wins Trophy and gift certificates to Ace Hardware
3rd Place team wins Trophy and 10 boxes 12 Gauge shells
Long Bird shooting contest and 50/50 raffle will also be available that day also for additional charge.

The GWBA is a non-profit association of businesses in the Williamston/Pelzer/West Pelzer/Anderson communities. Our association strives to bring businesses together for purposes of networking, growth and giving back to our great community. All proceeds from this event help fund various events throughout the year such as, the upcoming Annual GWBA Easter Egg Hunt, Mineral Spring Park Improvements, Boo in the Park, Party in the Park and Main Street Program.

 These programs not only support the local businesses in our area, but provide family friendly activities for our residents and promote our town as a “great place to live, work and play”.
